Kirsten Keenan - Managing Director

Kirsten's background in construction started within the BBC Group as a Graduate Manager after completing a Bachelor of Business from Massey University.  She worked for GE Finance and was the Operations Manager for Citywide Capital in New Zealand, a private company specialising in development finance.  In 2004, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and moved into the recruitment area, working for Drake International as the National Manager for Drake Personnel. 

Her passion for property and interest in career development merged to create Development Careers.

Mike Fallaver - Recruitment Consultant

Mike Fallaver's understanding of candidates comes from working at the coal face within the construction industry both in New Zealand and Australia.  Before university he worked within residential and commercial construction, on the tools.   After studying Human Resources at Massey University, he worked in Event Management, organising and running events for some of New Zealand Blue Chip companies.

Moving to Australia in 2005, Mike worked for CSR Monier.  He brings practical experience within the construction industry and throughout his time in Brisbane, has gained experience in the area of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, dispute management and assisting companies incorporating lean management theories into practice.
